Hi,

I am very pleased with the face lift my kitchen recently received. We have new counter tops installed by Solid Concepts, Inc.

We found out about Solid Concepts while getting a quote from one of our areas larger retailers, a friend of ours that works for the retailer asked had we gotten a quote from them and with Solid Concepts being in the same area we live in  we decided to give them a try.

 My husband and I went the next day, we met Ward, owner/salesman, he is very personable, he greeted us warmly, asked how had we come across his business.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a showroom and workshop there. Ward  is also very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in, the durability, the heat tolerance, and of how scratch resistant each one was, and gave me quotes for each.

I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision and left Solid Concepts with samples and the information needed to make an informed decision.

Solid Concepts offered me the best price for the same quality product. After precise measurements were taken, I had my counter tops made and installed in less than two weeks time. 

The installers were polite, professional and proficient. 

I tell everyone not to buy countertops until you visit the Solid Concepts showroom and talk with Ward.
